We deliver and collect your vehicle from all over the island (airport, port, hotel, etc.). Ask us for possible charges.
Service Points all over Crete
You can find service points at eight different locations throughout Crete for your convenience.
24 hours road assistance
We provide road service in 24 hour basis in cooperation with a leading Greek road assistance company.
Vehicle replacement in case of breakdown
We replace your rental car with a new one in case of breakdown or accident.
No extra charge for after midnight arrivals
You are not charged anything extra in case your arrival at the delivery point (airport, port, etc) is after midnight.
No extra charge on delays
You are not charged anything extra in case your flight or ferry boat reach with delay at the point of delivery (airport, port, etc).
Free baby and child seats
We provide free child and baby seats. Most vehicles are equipped with ISOFIX system for child seat positions in the rear seats.
Free parking at the delivery point
You are not charged for the parking of the car at the delivery and/ or the return point.
New safe vehicles
For your safety our vehicles are operated in accordance with the laws of the State and regulations of the EOT.
Insurance
We provide full comprehensive insurance.
We provide the most competitive full insurance service on the market
Including:
- Joint Integrated security
- Complete coverage for fire/ theft/ wheels/ tires/ windows/ damage to the underside of the car
- Personal medical cover for the driver and the passengers in accordance with the lease company and our insurance policy of the insurance company of the vehicle
- Any loss covered by insurance even if responsible for the accident if the driver has met the conditions outlined in the lease contract
